Losing good people between induction and management?
The Corporate Mentorship Programme designs and launches an in-house mentoring scheme your managers run and your leadership can see working, six months from launch. Managers who mentor, juniors who stay, a scheme with a report at the end.
Designed with you, run by your managers, measured at the end.
The readiness check, a conversation with leadership, and mentor selection: who has the standing and the patience to mentor.
A two-day mentor workshop on site. Matching of mentors and mentees, with a simple agreement each pair signs.
Monthly mentoring cycles with a short check-in from us: what happened, what got stuck, what to try next.
A mid-point review with leadership: pairs that work, pairs that need a change, early signs in retention and behaviour.
A close-out report for the board: participation, what changed, what to keep, and how the scheme runs on its own from here.
A named owner inside the organisation, a mid-point review at month three, and a close-out report the board can read in ten minutes.
Two programmes that sit well beside it.
Leadership for supervisors and new managers
One management layer builds its leadership over three to four monthly modules on site, with practice between sessions.
The first week, done properly
Work ethics, etiquette, the organisation's way of working and what good looks like, delivered to each intake before habits form.
We also run an annual training retainer and capacity building after a restructuring, each quoted after a conversation.
The three-minute readiness check highlights gaps in skills, leadership and working practices.
