The twelve weeks

Six fortnights, one theme each.

Weeks 1 to 2

Where you are: a frank look at the role, the record and the reputation you have today.

Weeks 3 to 4

Where you are going: the next move, named, with the gap between here and there written down.

Weeks 5 to 6

Leading people for the first time: delegation, feedback, the conversations you have been avoiding.

Weeks 7 to 8

Conduct that gets noticed for the right reasons: work ethics, etiquette, personal brand.

Weeks 9 to 10

Money and negotiation: what to ask for, how, and when.

Weeks 11 to 12

The twelve-month plan, presented to the group, with the check-ins that follow.

Open masterclasses

Two to three hours, one skill, on an evening or a Saturday.
